Painting Contests
Please read the RULES before entering
Pelagic Paintoff (September 23, 2009 to December 15, 2009)
This is a painting competition featuring our Pelagic Dominate troops and vehicles (see 15mm Sci Fi).
There are two categories: Vehicular and Squad-level.
Vehicular: paint at least one Pelagic vehicle, like the Man of War AFV below -- can you outdo the Troop of Shewe?

Squad-level: paint at least six of any Pelagic troops to function as a squad -- like the Karkarine Shark-kind below, which were painted by Chris Yaro.

Prizes:
1) one pre-release Space Demon Colossus kit along with eight Space Demon Nymphs – you will get them before they are up for sale or previewed on the internet!
2) your submitted photo featured on the Khurasan Minatures site; and
3) if you have a painting service, full credit to your service and contact information.
Please send the photograph to us at our e-mail address, no later than December 15, 2009. We will select the winner and announce it on our webpage as well as The Miniatures Page.
Good luck!
Mutant Monstrosity Madness (MAY 7, 2008 to JULY 07, 2008)

UPDATE 7/08/08: Congratulations to David Wuethrich, whose winning submission is below! He is the winner of the contest, and $50.00 worth of Khurasan Miniatures merchandise. You can almost feel the radiation emanating from David's submission!

This is a painting competition featuring our Atomic Monstrosity model (see "Thing in the Crate," above).
Paint the Monstrosity and send us a color photo of him (her?) by July 7, 2008, and you will be eligible to win:
1) $50 credit for any Khurasan Miniatures models (good for one year, until July 7, 2009);
2) your submitted photo featured on the Khurasan Minatures site; and
3) if you have a painting service, full credit to your service and contact information.
Please send the photograph to us at our e-mail address, no later than July 7. We will select the winner and announce it on our webpage as well as The Miniatures Page.
The model was sculpted by Sandra Garrity so there’s lots of opportunity to go crazy with the detail painting! The winner will be judged based on quality of paint job as well as the originality of any diorama it is part of. Good luck!
