EU customers, I am very sorry to say that I can no longer provide you my products, Changes in EU regulations no longer make it possible. I am sorry to see you go. I may be able to resume sales in 2025, after I evaluate whether I can comply with your laws. I will announce it if I can.
Unfortunately, PayPal does not allow sellers to block specific countries. You can technically place orders with me, but I will have to cancel your order. You should be aware that the 5% PayPal fee is non-refundable, so when I cancel your order, you will lose 5% of the total. So, please don't order.
Naturally, if you are outside the EU and wish to order, we may be able to set something up, depending on where you will be and for how long. Please e-mail me if you're interested in that, so we may discuss.
UK customers
The UK has VAT collection regulations that require that foreign sellers withhold VAT from orders shipped into the UK and pay it to His Majesty's Government. Many small sellers outside those zones are no longer shipping into the UK as a result.
I still am taking orders, however! You can process your orders normally, but in order to to get the VAT withheld, please be aware of the following:
1) After you order I must be able to contact you. Please make sure your paypal e-mail address is still valid, or if it's not, e-mail me to give me your current e-mail address. My e-mail is khurasanminiatures@yahoo.com
This is essential. I can't get the VAT withheld unless I can contact you after you place your order.
2) If you don't reply, and if you haven't e-mailed me, I have no way to withhold the VAT. So I will ship the package to you anyway, and you will be subject to a heavy fee from your government when they withhold the VAT. If you place an order, and you do not contact me and do not have a valid e-mail address for your paypal account, you are deemed to have agreed to all the above, including the penalty fee your government will charge you.
