The UK and EU have new VAT collection regulations that require that foreign sellers withhold VAT from orders shipped into the UK and EU and pay it to them. Many small sellers outside those zones are no longer shipping into the EU or UK as a result.
I still am taking orders, however! You can process your orders normally, but in order to to get the VAT withheld, please be aware of the following:
1) After you order I must be able to contact you. Please make sure your paypal e-mail address is still valid, or if it's not, e-mail me to give me your current e-mail address. My e-mail is khurasanminiatures@yahoo.com
This is essential. I can't get the VAT withheld unless I can contact you after you place your order.
2) If you don't reply, and if you haven't e-mailed me, I have no way to withhold the VAT. So I will ship the package to you anyway, and you will be subject to a heavy fee from your government when they withhold the VAT. If you place an order, and you do not contact me and do not have a valid e-mail address for your paypal account, you are deemed to have agreed to all the above, including the penalty fee your government will charge you.
